Phase 2 — Training
A formal impact report delivered to your organisation at the end of the programme. Documents what shifted, what was applied, and what the measurable outcomes were. Designed to justify the investment to your leadership — clearly, specifically, and without ambiguity.
Phase 4 — Reporting
You complete a structured Needs Analysis — independently, at your own pace. We receive the results and use them as the foundation for everything that follows. No content is designed before this step is complete.
